REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes our policies on Refund and Cancellation in connection with your use of our Website, emails, booking services, and mobile applications (the “Website”). The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Mind Massage” refer to Damas Group Pty Ltd, an Australian private Limited Company and/or our subsidiaries or corporate affiliates. The term “you” or ”your” refers to any person or entity that visits, subscribes, consumes or contributes content to the Website or through any 3rd party services. When you use the Website, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all self-hypnosis session subscriptions and digital content provided by Mind Massage. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Mind Massage offers the following subscription plans for access to our content:

    • Monthly Subscription: Billed on a monthly recurring basis

    • Annual Subscription: Billed once annually

All subscriptions provide access to our digital content as specified in the subscription details at the time of purchase.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

NO LOCK-IN CONTRACTS: Our subscriptions do not involve lock-in contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring cancellation fees.

SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD: Your subscription begins on the initial purchase date and continues until cancelled. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date as the initial purchase, and annual subscriptions renew automatically each year on the anniversary date of the initial purchase.

PAYMENT: Payment for all subscriptions is processed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually).

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support.

Upon cancellation:

    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

    • You will continue to have access to all subscription content until the end of your current billing period

    • No further charges will be applied after the cancellation

    • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased and access to content has been granted, except in the following circumstances:

TECHNICAL ISSUES: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or using our content, and our support team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe (typically five business days), you may be eligible for a refund for the current billing period.

SERVICE UNAVAILABILITY: If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to technical issues, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

REFUND REQUESTS: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [insert contact email] within 7 days of the issue occurring. Please include your account details and a description of the technical problems experienced.

COMMERCIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

For commercial clients (including childcare centres, schools, and other organizations), the standard refund and cancellation policies apply unless specified in your custom agreement with Mind Massage.

Commercial subscriptions may have different billing structures, user limits, and terms as detailed in your specific agreement.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

UPGRADES: You may upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription anytime. When upgrading, we will apply any unused portion of your current subscription as a credit toward the new subscription.

DOWNGRADES: You may downgrade from an annual to a monthly subscription, but the change will only take effect at the end of your current billing period.

PRICE CHANGES: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and apply to the next billing period after notification.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service. If an account is terminated due to violations, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
